01 Introduction

ok44 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player cannot verify their age when requested, ok44 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

03 Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ok44 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals
ok44 supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals on ok44 are processed in accordance with the following rules:
- All funds deposited into your ok44 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- ok44 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.

05 Bonuses and Promotions
ok44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on ok44, you agree to these conditions.
- Each ok44 bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement. You must meet the wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered abuse.
- ok44 welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts closed.
- ok44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your ok44 account. Real money is used first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- If ok44 determines that a player has abused a bonus offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions — ok44 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the expiry date stated in the promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: ok44 monitors all bonus activity. Any account found to be systematically exploiting promotions will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. Play fairly and enjoy the bonuses as intended.
06 Gameplay and Fairness
ok44 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Every game available on ok44 — including Mines, Boom Legend, Monster Dice, Fortune Gems, Dragon Master, Baccarat, and Zuma Dragon — operates using independently certified RNG technology. This means every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by ok44 or any player.
- ok44 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

11 Account Termination
Either you or ok44 may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

- ok44 may close or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if ok44 is required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
- If ok44 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
- Upon account closure, ok44 will retain your data for the period required by applicable law and its internal data retention policy.
12 Changes to These Terms
